I make 12 3X3 cards in five designs, five for each Teacher and two to have in my stash.
These cards can be used by the Teachers how ever they choose, fellow Teachers, parents or family that Volunteer, or even their own family and friends.
It's just a simple way to say Thank You for all their awsome work with the kiddos during the school year.
I made sure to cut them to 3 inches wide, it did not matter the length just make sure to have it the width of your card.
I tared them up into strips to make some mummy bandages.
I will need four for each card, two with rips on each side and two that have rips on just one side and a flat edge on the other.
These are the strips with rips on each side.
These are the strips with rips on just one edge.
I used some Crumb Cake ink with a Tim Holtlz ink dobber to abbly ink to all the edges and a small amount of the front.
After they are inked I put them in my hand and crinkle them up.
Lay them down inked side faceing down and then added a thin strip of double sided adhesive.
Take off the release paper from the double sided adhesive and start with the edge strips and align them with the top and bottom part of your card.
Then add the strips with the rips on both sides.
It wont be perfect and that is what I am aiming for.
Cute not scary.
A little dab of Tombow Mono Liquid glue to adhere some google eyes.
