Christmas Tag #2 for 2021

I found inspiration on Pinterest for my 2nd Christmas Tag for 2021.

Here are the dies I will be using for this tag design.

The circle is from my stash, I am not sure of the company though.
I am using a Stampin Up embossing folder that has some danty snowflake on it.

The scallop circle is from Lawn Fawn.
I am using Tombow Mono Liquid Glue to adhere the dry embossed snowflake circle on top.

I used a die from My Favorite Things for the Reindeer its called deer love.
I am using some foam dimensionals from Stampin Up on the back.

Some double sided adhesive for the antlers to help make it easier to adhere down.

Some embellishments from my stash - Stampin Up and Micheal's brand.

Early Espresso ink and a Stamps of Life card kit stamp for the sentiment on the back of the tag.

A ribbon hole punch - not sure where I purchased it.

Ribbon is from a Stamps of Life card kit.
I used all Bazzill Basics Paper - Colors are
Coconut Swirl
Wax Lips
Kraft
Milkshake

Close up/Side view - shows the texture from the snowflake embossing folder.

Santa Fold it #1

I am in the Christmas mood right now or Holiday mood and so I busted out the Stamps of Life Santa Fold-it Die.

Started off by using Bazzill Paper Basics in Licorice and Coconut Swirl.
I cut a card base and a layer.

I used Stampin Up Real Red, Blushing Bride, Blush Blossom, and Grey Granite card stock and inks.

By using the Gray Granite ink on the edges of the Coconut Swirl card stock it really makes the white POP.
I also used a Black Sharpie to color the eyes and mouth.

This Merry die and Stamp set are also from the Stamps of Life.
I did a little stamp surgery, its ok it did not scream.

Finished Card front.

Christmas Tag #1 for 2021

I have been itching to make some Christmas Tags due to the fact that I think I want to make Tag Boxes to sell to friends and family in November.

So tonight I busted out 6 Gingerbread Tags.

I am using Twig ink from Stamps of Life to stamp out the face, I cut the body out from the matching card stock as well. The die I used was the smaller die not the shadow die.

I used Powder Sugar card stock from Stamps of Life with sticky adhesive on the back to cut out the icing pieces.  Real Red card stock from Stampin Up for the buttons paired with Tombow Mono Liquid glue.

A tag die from Stamps of Life, I stamped the front and the back of the tag with Twig ink. I am using 110 pound cream card stock from Micheal's - their brand.

Pattern paper from my stash - a Hobby Lobby 8 1/2 by 11 pack. I measured how much to cut so I could layer the pattern paper on the cream card stock tag.

Some white seam binding ribbon from Stampin Up cut to 12 inches.

Here is the Stamp set I used.

And here are the cordinating dies.

The tag set from Stamps of Life.

Front of the Finished Tag, I used foam dimensionals on the back of the gingerbread man from Stampin Up.

My Favorite Things Sketch Challenge #527

Playing along with MFT Sketch Challenge #527 this week.

Using my grid mat as a guide.  This is a Stampin Up die.

Picking out an array of card stock all from Stampin Up.  I choose two tones of each color.

I cut out a panel of each. Mainly going for the top part of the back ground die.

I also cut in white as well.

Double sided tape so I can paper piece the colors on top.

I am using a Waffle Flower die to cut out my panel.

Some smooth light grey glitter card stock from my stash along with a cloud die form MFT.  I added a small strip of the same glitter card stock to break up the border.

Stamped my greeting using Versa Fine Black Onyx ink and stamp set from MFT.

Finished card number one.

Side View - I added some color gems for this one. I also used foam tape on the cloud.

Finished card number two.

Side View - I added clear gems tho this one.

Inside card - I used Bazzill Paper Basics in Licorice and Coconut Swirl for the card base and inside panel.
