Pumpkin Gnome!

I love the Gnome Fold It die from the Stamps of Life.  I decided to pull it out and create a Halloween themed Gnome, I love how the die set includes die cuts for pretty much each season.

The pumpkin came in the Gnome Fold it Die set.
I used Tangelo Twist and Early Espresso from Stampin UP.
I also used a Alcohol marker from my stash (not a good brand but it got the job done).
The face stamp set I believe is a Micheal's brand but I am not sure.

I do not have the Stamps of Life Kiss Cut pad but I thought about using the embossing pad to make an impression to make putting the die cut pieces in place easier.
It worked, I used Smokey Slate card stock from Stampin Up and the out line die first then aligned and taped the main die on top.

I opened my big shot to tab 1 and placed die down with card stock taped on top then the embossing mat.

Added my second cutting plate and ran threw the big shot one time/pass.

I folded an additional piece of Smokey Slate card stock in half and decided on how I wanted the Gnome Fold It to open up.

You can faintly see the deep impressed lines which will assist me in adding my pieces on top of my Gnome with some Tombow Mono Liquid glue.

I added foam adhesive to the pumpkin and hands, more Tombow Momo Liquid glue to adhere the Gnome to the front of the card.

Finished card.

I used Stampin UP Confetti Cream, Early Espresso, and Blushing Bride card stock along with a 6X6 pattern paper pad from Die Cuts With a View called Pets & Pumpkins.

Spider Web Halloween Coffee Cup

I saw this Video on You Tube and wanted to recreate with stuff that I had in my stash.

I am using Bazzill paper basics in Licorice to cut out a spider web die from Taylored Expressions.

This is a Simon Says Stamp die and some Powder Sugar card stock from Stamps of Life.

Same die set but I am using Lavender Lace card stock from Stampin Up.

Some art glitter glue and then cut around the cup and the insert.

Some scotch tape to cover the slit on the seconed cup.

A thin amount of glue around the side making sure there would be enough room for the whip cream top.

Some Smokey Slate ink from Stampin Up and a Taylore Expression blender brush to give the white cream some texture and a little spooky feel.

I actually used Staz On ink.
The stamp and die is from Simon Says Stamp Halloween People designed by CZ designs.

Decideding on which eyes to use.

A variety of Copic Markers and testing on the paper.

I added some glossy accents to give some texture and shine and also some dimension.

Some clay sequins to dress up the whip cream.
I used Tombow Mono Liquid glue and a pick tool.

Finished Card,

Side View, the bootiful is on foam.

The card with the whip cream pulled up and the message on the bottom stamped in Blackberry Bliss Stampin Up ink and the sentiment from MFT Sassy Pants SPooktacular.

Easy JOY card with Snowflake background

I needed 5 more cards for my swapp and these needed to be Christmas so I searched easy Christmas cards on Pinterest and this poped up on my feed.

I used a Lawn Fawn stitched snowflake die and a My Favorite Things JOY die.
The extra snowflake was from Simon Says Stamp and it was harder to cut out so I changed my mind.

This is a piece of Bravo Burgandy from Stampin Up.
I am using Aghed Mohogandy distress oxide ink from Tim Holtz.
A snowflake stencil from Echo Park.
Taylored Expressions Blending Brush and Clear embossing powder.

Before melting the powder.

After melting the powder, subtle but lovely.

My die cuts came from Powder Sugar card stock from Stamps of Life.
I am using Stampin Up dimnsional foam on back.

I used a cordinating envelope from Hobby Lobby.
Bravo Burgandy ink and a stamp set from Hero Arts.

Halloween House Simple Card

I saw this video on You Tube from My Favorite Things and wanted to recreate this card.

I am going participating in a card swap and need 5 of the same Halloween card and I figured this would be perfect to mass produce.

This first card I made two of for my stash, I used a different pattern paper for my swap cards since I needed 5 panels.

I am using Licorice card stock from Stamps of life for the card base and the Haunted House die from My Favorite Things.

I am using a retired Only Orange card stock from Stampin Up and their dimensionals on the back to give some dimension. I then cut around.

I love my A2 layering dies from Waffle Flower.
Pattern paper from a 6X6 pad from my stash, I believe I picked it up from Joann's this past fall.

Here I am trying to find out how I would like to layer my project.

Using my die and grid mat to map out my project.

Again trying to decide.

One more try.

Then, ta da I turned over the pattern paper and realized the green was awsome.
But alas I did not have enough to use for layer of two cards.

Using my Hampton Art Stampin tool and My Favorite Things stamp set called Sassy Pants Spooktacular along with Stampin UP Always Artichoke ink to stamp the sentiment,

I paired with an orange envelope and more sentiments from the stamp set.

Finished card.

I used Always Artichoke card stock from Stampin Up as my mat choice.
Some enamel dots from my stash to match.

Christmas Oven Mitt Fold it #1

I decided to make a Christmas Oven Mitt Fold It today. I used a new die from Stamps of life and also some stamp sets and a punch that I have had for a while but never used.

I started off by putting my stamp on my Hampton Art stamp platform and using that as a guide to measure the stamp and be able to cut my Powder Sugar card stock to size.
The stamp set and punch are from Stampin Up along with the Real Red ink I used.
A little washi tape handle to help ease the paper into the punch.

I am using Cucumber Crush card stock also from Stampin Up to cut out the oven mitt.
Tombow Mono Liquid Glue to adhere the candy canes in a random fashion remembering to over hang some off the edge to make it look like pattern paper.

I used the detailed die to add texture to the die cut.

Finished Card.

I used Real Red and Cucumber Crush ink to stamp all the sentiments.
The card base is made from Powder Sugar card stock from the Stamps of Life.

Inside of the card.

I used Bazzill basics Licorice card stock for the layer.
I heat embossed the sentiment on the front with white embossing powder.
