Bicycle card #1

I decided to bring out the bicycle2stamp from the Stamps of Life and create a fun spring ish time friend card.  I also wanted to use some new seam binding ribbon that just came in as well.

I decided to use my Hampton Art Stamping Tool along with Versa Fine Black Onyx ink and some Clear embossing powder.

I am using the Stamps of Life Powder Sugar card stock.
Along with Lawn Fawn circle and scallop circle dies.
I traced the circle with pencil before stamping so I knew where the center was.
Easy to erase after heat embossing the powder.

I did end up pulling a different circle die to trim the circle even more so the scallops would show up more.
I am using Waffle Flowers A2 layering dies to cut out my pattern paper which came from the Stamps of Life as well, the Missing You Collection.

I used some Zig markers that matched my colors.

Decideing which Seam Binding to use.
I purchased a Huge lot of all different colors off of Etsy.

Sticky Tape on the back to secure the Seam Binding.

I left it loose and flowy to show off the wrinkles.

Stampin Up dimensionals on the back.
See the center, its for the ribbon.

The Stamps of Life Cloud and Lemonade ink to match the card stock I used for the card and the pattern paper.

Happy Mothers Day w/daisy's

I created three Mother's Day cards. One for Pivia's Teacher and one for a friend and lastly one for my stash.

I used some Bazzill Basics paper in Licorice and also some fun foam.
I used my Gemini die cutting machine to get a nice clean cut.

Bazzill Basics Marshmallow card stock for the Daisy's.
I used a punch from Stampin UP.
I did end up pulling the dimensional off the back due to my design not working out.

I adhered the sentiment first.
Then realized the Daisy's were to large.
I used a poker tool to peel off the sentiment so I could tuck in the Daisy's.
I used my Sizzix Side kick to cut out the center from Daffodil Delight card stock by Stampin UP.

Garden Green card stock from Stampin UP and a punch I believe from one of their Holiday catalouges.
I used sentiments from the Stamps of Life stamp set called everyday4HSN.
Using Garden Green ink.
Pattern paper from Joan's.

Finished Card

Close up - Side view.
I used the A2 layering dies form Waffle Flower to cut out my panel on the front and inside.
I used Bazzill Basice licorice for the card base and Coconut Swirl for the inside.

Honey Pot Fold-it #1

Busted out anouther Fold-it die from the Stamps of Life. This time the Honey Pot, I paired it with some matching pattern paper bee's and some cordinating stamps sets.  I added my Stampin Up ink and card stock as well.

I used the main die of the Fold-it to cut out the card base in Summer Starfruit.
I cut the letters in Summer Starfruit as well as some yellow fun foam.
Barely Art Glitter glue to adhere them together and then a block on top until they dry.

The honey part from Summer Starfruit as well.

The honey stick I cut from Baked Brown Sugar card stock.
I cut the stick three times and glued them together.

I used the main card die to cut out a Chocolate Chip card stock panel.
The pot was cut from brown fun foam and a scrap of Chocolate Chip.
The main pot cut from Baked Brown Sugar Card stock.

I used Baked Brown Sugar ink and a Taylored Expressions Blending Brush to apply ink toward the center of the image to give it a more rounded look.

Sticky Tape and Tombow Mono Liquid glue to adhere the foam to the card stock.

This is on my work mat.
I outlined a traditional A2 card base.
Helps plan and lay out my card design to ensure I am in the figure of an envelope.

Busted out my Brother Scan N Cut CM250.

This is a 6X6 paper pad called Best Friends Collection.

They cut great.

The I could not decided between a border bee and no border bee.

Thinking on what to do.

These white daisy flowers came in a past card kit and the gem was too dimensional for my card.
I pulled the leaves down and slowly snipped it off.
I glued a yellow enamel dot instead.

Finished card.

I used stamp sets from the Stamps of Life called

Dinosaur Fold It Triceratops

I recently purchased the Triceratops Fold-it from the Stamps of Life and was excited to use it.

I do not have many photos because this was harder then most of the Stamps of Life Fold-it cards.

I am not super happy with it but its still cute.

I used Lemon Lime Twist from Stampin Up.
Cut out just the top to get the portion thats under the spikes.

I was planing on making two dino's but I did mess up at one point with one of them.
I trimed along the little tick marks.
Main dinosaur is cut from Granny Apple Green card stock also from Stampin Up.

I used Summer Starfruit card stock also from Stampin Up.
A black marker to color the eye section.

Saved the smile from the main cut out and used the same marker to color it black.

Summer Starfruit again to get the spines.

Barely Art Glitter glue to help attach all the little pieces.
I used a brown sharpie for the toes.
This is were I messed one up - go slow and barely to the edge of the toe - sharpie will bleed.

Back of the envelope.
The stamps sets are from Stampin Up - Dino Days and No Bones About It.

Back of card and envelope.
My envelope came from my stash - either Taylored Expressions or My Favorite Things.

Inside of the card and envelope.
All my inks match the card stock also from Stampin Up.

Finished dinosaur.
I used my mess up to add some extra bulk - dimension by glueing it behind.
I cut my card base from Powder Sugar card stock from the Stamps of Life.
The outer layer from Lemon Lime Twist card stock.
