Christmas Tag/Ornament Wax Seal (deer image)

I decided to venture into my Wax Seals supply and create something.

I have only used them one other time and I do love them.

I have a silicone mat, the wax melter with a tea light, a wax seal spoon to melt the beads, and my stamp.
I started off by making my Was Seals.
I am using Honey Bee Stamps wax beads and their Deer wax seal stamp.
I used Vintage Love - a gold, pink, and the cream color.
The one on the left I liked a lot better - I added the pink color to that melt.

I decided to go with the brown paint pen.
You can cut up the pieces you do not like.
I placed them in a plastic back and I will remelt them again at anouther time.

The finished one.
I used Mossy Meadow card stock.
The Berry Branch die from Taylored Expression.
I trimmed off part of the branch so it would fit on my tag.

I inked up the Plaid Background stamp set from Taylored Expressions.
I used Sahara Sand ink from Stampin Up.
A wood tag from Micheal's arts and craft store.
I let this tag dry for a couple hours, a head gun would move the drying time faster.

Some dimensionals from Stampin Up and a little Tombow Mono Liquid Glue.
I used a craft pick to help me with the dimensionals.

Here the branches are glued down.

I have some Wax Seal glue circles.

I also added some foam to the back.
I used some backers twine from who knows where i go that, held on by a few glue dots.

I used some red pearl gems from Honey Bee stamps, I also added a little extra glue behind them.

Decided on no sentiment on the front, I liked it just like this.

The ribbon is from the Stamps of Life, I also added more of that twine as well.

The back of the tag i added a sentiment from a Simon Says Stamp pre printed sentiment pack.
It says from out home to yours.

Witch Flying over the Moon

I wanted to use some brand new products and of course I choose to make a Halloween card.

I started off by using some Pink & Main Ice Rink card stock cut to a standard card panel.
I used Taylored Expressions Pineapple ink.
Which is 4 1/4 by 5 1/2.
I have that on my Waffle Flower grip mat.
My grip mat is on my Wendy Vechi Make art magnet station, it lives on this blue mat and I have it right next to my Fiskars paper trimmer.

I cut a circle mask from some masking paper.

I used Taylored Expressions Sprinkles ink around the outside of the moon.
I am using Taylored Expression small blending brush.

I then used Cookie Monster ink and anouther small blending brush to go a little further towards the edge.

I used Blueberry ink on the very outside of the panel.
I used a regular size blending brush.

I removed the mask and used Potato Chip ink to cover the inside of the moon, I did go out to the blue just a little to create a halo effect.

When the panel is all finished.
I dried the panel with my heat gun first to make sure my splatters did not pick up any color.

I used White and a blue metalic paint.
I have an old My Favorite things box that I do my splatter in.

I used a old acrylic block with a little water to help my pant flow a little.

I cut out the witch and bats from Trinity Stamps from Black Licorice card stock.
I used a pouncer to add some white pigment ink to certain areas.
Then used my finger to smooth out the ink.

I then heat set after I had finished my splattering.
I placed the panel in my Misty stamping tool and used White pigment ink to stamp Happy Halloween from Simon Says Stamp Hand lettered Halloween.

I did treat the panel with Taylored Expression embossing buddy.
I used a white fine detail powder of the stamped image and heat set that.

I used My Favorite Things deckle edge dies to cut out the panel.

I used Stampin Up dimensionals to pop up the main panel.

Finished Card

Close up, I used Pinkfresh Studios Gems - clear with gold dust.
I used Blueberry card stock as well.

I used the same deckle edge and Pink and Main card stock.
The stamp set is from Queen and company stamped in Blueberry ink.
I used the extra bats on the inside as well.

I used Blueberry ink and my name stamp came as a free gift from Altnew.
The stamp above my name came from Queen and Company.

Butterfly and Spider Web Halloween Card

I was inspired by a You Tuber - Prarie Paper and Ink and wanted to see if I could re create the card she made but using products I had in my stash.

I started off by cutting out two Deckle Edge panels from My Favorite things using Sugar Cube card stock from Taylored Expressions.  I used my Mister from Tim Holtz before I embossed with a Spider Web embossing folder by Stampin Up.
I used My Favorite Things Cement Grey ink to swipe lightly on the debossed side of the panel.

If you press to hard, this is what your panel will look like, but have no fear I did end up cutting up some strips to use on the inside of my cards.

Using a die from the Stamps of Life I cut out some butter fly's in Grape and Cotton Candy from My Favorite Things.  I have them on a rag from Walmart then I will use my pokey tool to press out the insides.  The rag will catch them nicely until I can dump them in the garbage.

I also cut out some Licorice card stock from the Stamps of Life.
I also used black glitter paper from my stash.
I will glue the black to the back of the glitter to make it look seamless.

I used some white and pink along with white and purple twine.
I wrapped it around the center and used washi tape from my stash to adhere it to the back of the panel.
I also used Stampin Up dimensionals on the back as well.

I used Pinkfresh studios glitter drops in Blossom and Amethyst.
I also used a Queen and Company flat backed black glitter do dad.
Finished two cards.

The larger butter fly is on two layers of foam and the sentiment and smaller butter fly is on a single layer.
I used Stampin Up black dimensionals.

I used a stamp set from My Favorite Things called Spider Web.
I stamped it in the Cement Grey on Sugar Cube card stock.
I used a sponge dauber and very lightly inked the sentiment.

The same Deckle Edge die and Sugar Cube card stock from the inside.
A strip from my boo boo panel in the begining and some more smaller butter fly's.
The stamp set on the inside is also form Queen and Company.

I used two colors for the card bases.
Cement Grey and Gravel Grey - both from My Favorite Things.
I stamped the back from a stamp set from Queen and Company.
Also a stamp set from Altnew.

BOO card with Wood Shapes

I used products that I have had for a while now, some new as well.

I started with my back ground.
I used some Fresh Snow paste from Taylored Expressions - its their Happy Medium.
I am also using their Black Licorice card stock.
The stencil is from Scrapbook.com and is called little ghosts.

I believe I got these wood pieces last year at Micheal's.

They had a few different designs, I choose the ghost with the big open mouth and the BOO
I have two embossing pads - Versa Mark.
I have a clean one and a dirty type one.

I first inked up the wood die cut with Dill Pickle ink from Taylored Expressions.
I also dried the wood die cut before adding the Versa Mark and Zing Green Glitter embossing powder.

This is three layers of the Recollections Snow embossing powder from Micheal's.

I decided to embosse with the same Recollections Snow powder.
I decided to cut out the panel using a Scaloped Rectangle die from the Stamps of Life.

Since the Ghost and BOO have dimension, I did not want to add any more.
I used Tombow Mono Liquid Glue to adhere everything.
I decided I wanted the card base to look like the boo wood die cut.
I used Dill Pickle card stock and more of the Zing Embossing Powder and just used Versa Mark around the edge of the card stock mat.

Front of Card.

This is the side view.
This card may have to be hand deliverd or require a little extra postage.

I used Dill Pickle ink and a stamp set called Boo-Day from Catherine Pooler designs.
My card base is from Taylored Expressions - Sugar Cube.

I used my back of the card stamp set that I got from Altnew and paired it with the same Catherine Pooler stamp set.
