CAS(E) this Sketch #183

I absolutely love this weeks sketch, I have always love the masking tape technique and have made a few cards with it.

Here are the ink colors I have choosen, they are from Stampin UP in Dapper Denim, Island Indigo, Lost Lagoon, and Bermuda Bay.

I am also using Versa Fine Black Onyx ink for my sentiment and main image stamping.

 Here I am starting out with a Micheal's 110 pound weight card stock base.

I am laying out the design and seeing which washi tape will work best.

I did change it up after stamping and cut the card base into a mat sized 4 inches by 5 1/4 inches.

 I decided to go with the thinner washi tape.

Lay it down on your ink pad.

You will get inky!

 Lay it down carefully and often wipe and dry your hands so you do not transfer ink onto your white card.

 After stamping I decided it was too dark and hard to see the images.

 So I basicly stamped off and then went to the paper.

 The one on the left it the second generation and the one on the right is the first generation.
