Freshly Made Sketches #254

Its been a while since I participated in the Freshly Made Sketches challenges and boy this Sketch screamed a fall or Thanksgiving card to me.

 I started by gathering up an array of supplies.

 I used my Stampin UP ink and card stock in Baked Brown Sugar and Soft Suede and punched out with the Acorn Builder punch and used the cordinating stamp set as well.

I am makeing two cards so I need four acorns.

 One the top of the acorn will be poped up with foam and the other will lie flat, so I used Liquid Tombow Mono glue, this acorn will be behind the raised one.

 I am using a Tip Top Toppe card base with a mat of Confetti Cream card stock, both from Stampin UP.

I wound up some metalic silver thread and taped it down in the middle.

 I ran more Tip Top Toppe card stock threw a embossing folder by the paper studio, its accualy a cheeta or zebra folder but it works.

I cut some wired burlap ribbon as well.

The embossed piece is poped up on foam and the burlap is half poped up and half with a thin line of double sided tape.

 One foam in the middle and some Liquid Tombow Mono Glue on the other foam.

I added the flat acorn on the burlap ribbon piece and the raised acorn on the embossed piece.

I stamped a sentiment from Papertrey Ink in Soft Suede ink on the Confetti card stock.
