Our December Story 2015, Day 18
I decided I wanted to scrapbook and went to the Our December Story album and looked threw it and found this page that would be easy to finish.
This is Day 18 of 2015
I cut up an elf, eek.
It did not take long.
I used two different alphas to create the tittle and also added a clear sticker.
I found a card stock present that I glued down and wrote YFS on the tag.
These were Pivias gifts.
I decided to add word sticker and some image sticker too these two photos.
One of Pivia playing with her gifts and one of Lexis gifts.
A Santa came to their daycare which was pretty awsome.
Again a couple of puffy stickers added to this card.
Legos were a big hit this year for both girls and Lexi was very happy to get a set.
I added the card stock elf and a favorite puffy sticker to the extra stocking next to Polka Dot Stripe.
My favorite thing to do with 4X6 cards is to turn them into 3X4 cards with this die from Project Life by Becky Higgins.
A see threw sticker and a card stock cut out added to this photo.
I deconstructed a 3D sticker that I got from Micheal's.
I just made it flatter to add to the card.
It was easy because they were older stickers.
I took a 3X4 and made it into a filler card.
I used a chip board tree and a Santa's Helper sticker along with the deconstructed present.
I added a silver strip of card stock to the bottom just to give it some bling and interest.

Any One Encouragement Card
I saw an old video from one of my Favorite Crafty You Tubers where she masked off a stamped image and applied some ink to create a fun halo around the image.
I looked threw my Lawn Fawn stamps and found Monster Mash and had the cordinating dies as well.
Heavy Weight white card stock from Hobby Lobby and some Sizzix banner dies.
2X2 sized masking paper that I cut out the two monsters using their cordinating dies.
I can save the negative and re use them.
I will place them in the stamp pocket.
Hampton Art Stamp Perfect Tool to stamp two at a time.
I was going to make two of each card and ended up messing one up so I got three cards in the end.
This is the first time I stamped, the beauty of a stamp tool is you can re stamp as long as you have your paper in the same spot.
These are the copic markers that I used.
No fancy technique.
All done and pretty cute and not an ounce of scary.
I place the negative section over the image and then added the mask on top.
This will give the perfect amount of white around the border of the image.
Antique Linen distress ink and a ink blending tool to add a light layer of ink.
Start light and work up, you can always add more but you cant take away.
Tada, the magic when you remove the mask.
All done, I kinda wished I used a yellow distress ink like Squeezed Lemonade but oh well next time.
The yellow would have made it brighter.
I used a Cricut embossing folder to create a fun embossed background.
Its called Spots & Dots.
I used Tombow Mono Liquid glue and Stampin UP dimensionals on the back of the banner.
Here is the stamp set, its a small size but it packs a big punch.
The cordinating dies.
They match up perfectly and cut out all the images, the little heart will work for both the solid and outline heart.
This is Bazzill card stock in the color Candy Necklace
I used Stampin Up Bermuda Bay ink to stamp the envelope and inside and back of the card.
This blue envelope matched the card stock perfectly and got it from Hobby Lobby their brand.
This is Stampin UP Elegant Eggplant card stock that is sadly being Retired this year at the end of June 2018.
This is Bazzill card stock in the color Whirlypop.
How cool is that name.
I used Stampin up ink in Elegant Eggplant and Night of Navy.
