Again using something I have not yet used for these two cards.
Here is my Inspiration Card.
I started with some Bristol Smooth card stock cut with a double stitch wonky die from My Favorite Things. |
I decided to go with one panel with tradition Distress ink from Tim Holtz. |
And one panel with Distress Oxide ink also from Tim Holtz. |
This is a lighter orange. Distress Ink. |
Followed by the darker orange on top and down the sides. Distress Ink. |
Blended the two inks together. Distress Ink. |
Brown ink on the bottom. Distress Ink. |
Some Distress Paint in a dark brown. Not watered down at all. |
This is the Oxide ink, First light color then the darker color on top and down the side. |
I have 3 sets of these brushes from Taylored Expressions. One for Stampin Up inks, One for Distress Inks, and One for the Oxide inks. |
A new tool I acquired from Micheal's it comes with Magnets and has a slick surface. So far I like it, more compact and easier then the Tim Holtz Mixed media mat. I slide it under my regular mat. |
A die from Echo Park. Cut with Bravo Burgundy card stock from Stampin Up. Added ink to the bottom of the letters. One distress and one oxide. |
The Ghouls are from Tim Holtz. Black dimensional adhesive from Stampin Up. Barely Art glue which is quickly becoming a favorite for intricate dies. |
Back and Inside of cards. |
