4th of July Card #1 2014

For the Monday Simon Says Stamp Challenge it was to use something that doesn't often get used, and I have to admit I don't often use my old Simon Says Stamp Card kit supplies, I have all the pattern paper and card stock in a shoe box.

Yikes here's my shoe box of Simon Says Stamp Card Kit card stock and patterned paper, this is about 6-12 months of kits worth.

Finished Card

The white paper I believe is a Ninah card stock, the stamp set is from Simon Says Stamp as well from a card kit called Cup Cake Party.  I used Stampin Up Real Red and Pacific point ink for the what I call sparkler stamps.

Good old stamp-a-ma-jig and versafine black onyx ink and painters tape. the sentiment stamps are from Hobby Lobby, one from Lizzie anne designs and the other from print works collection.

Adding some jewels from my stash.

Close up time.

Finished Card, with matching envelope.
I Masked off the one side of my card with painters tape, a commonly used technique now adays.

Using my stamp-a-ma-jig to help me position my stamps where I want them.

Masking off my stamp to make it easier to stamp my sentiment.
