Santa Button Christmas Tag

Anouther Pinterest inspired tag using the supplies I had in my own craft room. Here is the original idea, I changed it up and used buttons instead of enamel dots which is a great way to use them both up.

I started by using some Bazzill peppermint card stock and a My Favorite Things die called Tag Your It.
 Buttons from my stash.
Some 3/8 inch Gross Grain ribbon from Micheal's.

I adhered both with Tombow Mono Liquid Glue.
I used some Silver glitter card stock from my stash and more gross grain ribbon to make the belt buckle.
Finished front and back of the tag.

Close up, Don't forget to stamp the back of the tag before adding your embellishments to the front.

White Christmas Tree Tag

Looking threw Pinterest for more tag inspiration and I found this really pretty white tree tag that I wanted to recreate. Again search threw my stash and used what I had.

I used some Heavy Weight White card stock from Hobby Lobby and a Tree die from Stampin Up Festival of Trees.

I also embossed it with a Cuttlebug embossing folder, it has swirls on it.
I also cut more trees out of Stampin UP Crumb Cake card stock and stamped a to and from using their Soft Suede ink.

The to and from also cam from that same stamp and die set.
I did cut off the bottom of the white Christmas tree stem and glued them together with Tombow Mono Liquid Glue.

I used a hole punch to punch a hole in the top.
I used some gold glitter card stock from my stash and a Stampin Up star punch.

I used their Mini dimensionals to attach the star.

I also used some gold and white twine from Micheal's for the string.
Finished front and back of tags.

Close up.

Snowflake Christmas Tags

I decided that I wanted to make some Christmas Tags this evening and did a Pinterest search and found this idea.  I looked threw my stash and found things that would work.

The blue card stock is from Stamps of Life, I got from one of their card kits and the red card stock is from Bazzill called Peppermint.

I used the Lawn Fawn circle and scallop circle dies, I just found a set that would work for the snow flakes I picked out.
I used some Heavy Weight White card stock from Hobby Lobby to cut out the Stitched Snow Flakes dies from Lawn Fawn.

I also used my Percision Base Plate in my Big Shot while cutting them out to get a nice clean cut each time.
This is a My Favorite Things stamp and I used Stampin UP Tempting Turquoise ink.
Tombow Mono Liquid Glue to attach the red circle to the blue scallop circle.
A hole punch to add my red and white twine threw.
I used Stampin UP regular and mini dimensionals to adhere the snow flakes.
Layering up this big one with a smaller one.
I found these enamel like glitter dots at the Dollar Store and purchased 4 packs.

They are nice and thin and work well with this project.
All Done.

 I love the dimension.
I decided to not used foam on the edges of the snow flakes and just left them loose.

Christmas in July Santa card with felt

Happy Christmas in July starting off with an adorable re create of this card.  Using the supplies I had in my stash.

I used my stamp positioner tool to stamp the Santa two times with Memento ink to ensure a nice black image.

I used the cordinating dies to cut the Santa out with my big shot.
The stamp and die set is from Stamps of Life and its called santa2stamp.

I cut out the hat in their card stock as well, I have some left overs from previous card kits.

I used some craft store white felt to add texture to the image, I used my precision base plate.
I used E11 Copic to color his face.
I used Ranger Embossing Powder in gold to make the sentiment match the pattern paper I chose.

This sentiment is from a Hero Arts stamp set called CL803
I used a retired Hexagon punch to make some flaged ends.
I used Stampin Ups dimensional foam to bring up the banner and make it line up with the felt Santa.
Finished card.

The red card base is the same Stamps of Life card stock that I used to cut out Santa's hat.

I also used Garden Green card stock from Stampin Up to mat my pattern paper.
I used Hobby Lobby pattern paper stack that is a 8 1/2 by 11 size and is a nice weight.

It's called Christmas Confetti.
I used Real Red ink from Stampin Up because it matched the Stamps of Life card stock.

More pattern paper to the inside to tie it all together.
And stamped the back as well.

I figure this would be a good card for a child.
