Pivia St. Pattys Day Outfit 12X12 scrapbook page

I decided to bust out some photos and make a 12X12 scrapbook page, as I was searching and sorting threw my photos I found these three of Pivia on St. Patricks Day.

I started by trimming these photos down to a resionable size.

I am also using a 12X12 piece of Cucumber Crush card stock from Stampin Up.
I searched threw my Thickers/Stickers drawers and pulled out a selection I thought would work.
I am using anouther 12X12 yellow pattern paper that I trimmed down 1/4 inch off each side.

It came from a Hobby Lobby pattern paper pack.

I also used a 8 1/2 by 11 inch Hobby Lobby pattern paper pack to mat the photos as well and used some fun foam on the back of one that will go in the center.
Using some My Favorite Things dies and Heavy Weight Cream card stock I cut out some shapes.
A Heidi Swapp roller date stamp and some Versa Fine Black Onyx ink to stamp the date.

I trimmed it down to hid behind a photo.
Pivia came down to check on me and borrowed the camera, not to bad of a picture for a 5 year old.
Using some double sided adhesive on the back of some ribbon.

This will give some texture to my page and add some more St. Patty's Day flair.

Here is some ribbon in the corner.
Using a stamp from Stamps of Life to add a bit of interest and fun to the top corner and more of the ribbon.
I also used a die from Stamps of Life and more Cucumber Crush card stock.

The letter stickers have some black glitter on them.
I am not liking the journaling that I hand wrote so I typed it up on my phone and printed it out, cut it up, and ran threw my Xyron sticker maker.
I typed it on the 'Notes" section of my phone and put more Heavy Weight Cream card stock to my printer and printed it from my phone, wireless.
 Trimmed it down.
Ran it threw my sticker maker, I have not used this tool in a very long time.

You want to press down and smooth out the wrinkles.
All done and very happy with how this turned out.

CAS(E) this Sketch #226

I liked this Sketch from CAS(E) this Sketch and decided I wanted to to try and make a wedding card.

I found my inspiration from a very old Simon Says Stamp Card Kit stamp set, I tried to find some inspiration on Pinterest but did not find much but I did find THIS CARD.

Would you like to play along, CLICK HERE.

I used some Versa Fine Black Onyx ink and stamped the flower from the stamp set three times on some 6X6 Pink pattern paper from studio g.
I fussy cut the out in three different sections.

I outlined them in a black Stamping Up writer marker to hid any of the white core edges from when I fussy cut them out.
I added some foam to the back of the smaller two flowers.
I used a green ombree paper from the same studio g pattern papers and free handed on the back some leaves.
Using the same writer marker and a piece of scrap paper to add some thin black lines to the edges of the leaves.
All done.

I cut a doilie in half and also added the sentiment on a white Heavy Weight card stock banner.

I also added some Viva Pearl Pen in the center of the flower in the color gold.
I added the other half of the doilie and some more pattern paper along the edge.

I added anouther sentiment from the stamp set on the bottom.

Global Design Project #090

Its a Sketch challenge for the Global Design Project and I again took too Pinterest to find some inspiration.
I instantly thought of a Christmas card infact.

I typed in Cuttlebug Seasonal Foliage because I recently purchase these awsome dies that can cut and emboss or just cut out the shape if you want.

Here is the Inspirational card.

Do you want to play along with the Sketch, CLICK HERE.

I first looked threw my stemcils to see if I had a music sheet one because I thought a embossing paste back ground would be interesting.

Then I looked threw my embossing folders and did not have one in a music back ground either.

So...
So I White embossed with a 6X6 back ground stamp set.

I will trim this down 1/4 of an inch on two sides to create a 4 by 5 1/4 card panel.
I am using some pattern paper to cut out the leaves, I need two leaves.

I used Cherry Cobbler card stock to cut out the center berries.
Using scissors I cut the leaves in half because I need three.
Flip them over and put a foam dimensional on the back of each leaf.
Center them towards the right of the card front panel and them use some Tombow Mono Liquid glue to adhere the berries to the center of that.
Adding a deep red sequin with some Tombow Mono Liquid Glue as well.
I cut the sentiment banner long enough so I could fold it over the top edge and add some tape to adhere it down.
I heat embossed the sentiment in Brown Sugar embossing powder and using a small amount of Tombow Glue in little dots on the bigger areas of the sentiment.
A block on top to let the glue dry.
Some foam dimnesionals on the back of the panel.
Finished card

Pastel Butterfly Paper Clips

I love to search Pinterest for inspiration and I have seen some really cute DIY paper clip ideas out there.

I am using an old Micheal's 6X6 paper pack called Simply Pastel.
These two awsome punches reired at the end of May 2017.

Insert sad face  -  but I will never get rid of them because they are very versatile.
 Assembly line style.
These foam squares are from Hobby Lobby and the white paper clips are from the $1 Store which is were I buy 90% of my paper clips.

I add a foam square to the small butterfly and attach to the larger one.
 A close up.
A little bit of hot glue to the paper clip and place in the center.

My Favorite Things Sketch Challenge #335

I thought that this Sketch Challenge from My Favorite Things was a little challengeing at first but after a few attempts with the Christmas trees I wanted to use from their Oh Christmas Trees set I finally found something that would work, I will have to say I picked out my pattern paper first.

Would you like to play along, CLICK HERE.

I am using the Hampton Art Stamp Perfect Tool to stamp the trees in Gumball Green and Baked Brown Sugar ink.

The little stumps I stamped by hand, I just left the card front in the stamp perfect tool while I stamped them.
This pattern paper is from a Christmas stack I purchased from Target.

I am also using an old Crumb Cake ribbon and attaching it with some double sided adhesive tape that I left long on each side and folded behind the card front panel.

The ribbon helps make a seamless transition between pattern paper and the trees.
Using Baked Brown Sugar ink again and a Hero Arts sentiment to stamp on a 1/2 inch 110 Pound Cream card stock strip.

The main panel is also 110 Pound Cream card stock as well sized 4 by 5 1/4.

The pattern paper is 1 1/2 by 5 1/4.
I am using a Stampin UP Hexagon punch to make banner ends and some foam dimension on the back of the banner.
All done.

I used a Gumball Green card base and poped up the panel on foam as well.
