Elf arrival 2016

I saved the Elf arrival letter from when our elf arrived poped out of a brown paper package under our tree and decided hey I can make that into a shake pocket to add some fun and interest to our album.

I am using a 12X12 album called "Our December Story" I am going to have it hold three Christmas years in it.

 I started off by using a Becky Higgings 6X12 page protector and my T-Squared ruler and a rotary cutter to cut off the section I did not need.

 These are my inexpensive sequins.

I am going to use the two different size gold ones from this container.

 I also am using anouther smaller gold size sequin from this container.

I am not being frugal because these are inexpensive or purchased from my mommy.

 I let my fuse tool heat up for at least 10-15 minutes.

I am also working on an addition craft mat as to not ruin my craft surface.

 Going nice and slow and using the ruler groves that it came with to help me keep the line nice and straight.

 All done, I love it and you can still read the words.

 I used a nice red pattern paper on the back to tie in with the red on the front.

 I also choose this one because of the snowflakes on it.

Our Elf is named Polka Dot Stripe Snowflake.

Alivia added the Snowflake part this last year because she really became involed in the Elf.
