CAS(E) this Sketch #144

The Sketches from CAS(E) this Sketch have been very versatile these past few weeks and number 144 is no different.

I started off prepping a water color panel with my anti static tool.

I am using white embossing powder.

This is before I emboss it.
When you finish embossing the powder it turns shinny.
I used my peerless water colors in a ray of rainbow colors.

I wet the image first and also just a little around the outside of the ghost to make them really pop out.
Finished card, I took about 1/4 of an inch off and put it on a grey card base with some foam squares.
