March 1, 2017 Pocket Style Layout

Pocket Style layout for March 1st 2017, the girls and I went to a Library after school craft event.

I am using a Design G page protector for this Layout.

I am using a Project Life 3X4 die to cut some pattern paper from Hobby Lobby.

I also took a Becky Higgins Project Life card and cut it up just to get the grid lines to put my journaling on.
I took some ribbon and cut it on a diagonal to make it look like washi tape and added some double sided adhesive to the back.

The white shamrocks have some glitter on them which adds some extra interest to the card.
I used a Stamps of Life stamp set and heat embossed on Vellum card stock.
Wrapped around the back of the cad and adhered with some regular good old fashion Scotch Tape.
Using a few stickers from my stash to layer and hide the kids in the back ground of the photo.

I used a brown Project Life journaling pen to add the date.
A Heidi Swap word phrase sticker and layered it under a Doodlebug Designs boarder sticker.
I am uisng a paper flag and anouther Doodlebug Designs sticker that says March.

I added some twine to the back and some foam.
It just adds some texture and interest to this card and does take away some of the busyness of the 4X6 card.
I added a tan boarder sticker from Doodlebug Designs to the bottom of this 4X6 card.
