3X3 Thank You Notes for Summer Pre School Teachers Set #2

This is design #2 for my Pivia's Summer Pre School Teachers, I am making 25 3X3 Thank You Notes for the Teachers that they can give out to other Teachers, Parents, or Volumteer's.  I make five designs with five of each design.

 Here I am using a Heavy Weight Green card stock that I cut to 3 inches wide by 6 inches tall and scored at 3 inches.

 Using Versa Fine Black Onyx ink and anouther piece of the Green Heavy Weight card stock cut to 3/4 inches wide by 2 3/4 long.

 Using my Hampton Art Stamp Perfect Tool and some Heavy Weight White card stock to stamp my flowers.

 These are rubber mounted stamps so I took out the foam insert of the Stamping Tool.

 I only use one magnet to hold down the paper.

 Even if the paper is too long its OK it will not crease it.

I am stamping the sentiment on the inside.

 I did hit the images with my heat tool on low just to dry them before I start to water color them with Distress inks.

I am using Mowed Lawn for the leaves.

 Mustard Seed for the buds and inside of the butterfly.

 Carved Pumpkin for the other buds and the rest of the butterfly.

 Abandon Coral for one of the flowers.

 Seedless Preserves for the other flower.


Its easy to water color with distress inks, just take an acrylic block and smoosh the ink on it and use a water brush to add water and pick up the color.

Tombow Mono Liquid Glue to adhere the banner to the bottom.

 Some light and dark brown twine wrapped around twice and adhered on the back with some Scotch Tape.

 Using that same Mowed Lawn to stamp the back of the card and added some foam the the panel and placed on the front of the card.

All Done.
