3X3 Thank You Notes for Summer Pre School Teachers Set #5

This design was a very quick and easy set to make, it took less then 45 minutes to make 10 from start to finish and write this blog post.

 I am using a set of circle dies that I purchased from Micheal's but not sure the brand but it has a ton of dies.

 I took some Basic Black card stock and a heart punch and punch out a bunch and cut them right in half.

 The bigger circle is in Cucumber Crush and then I skipped a die and cut out some Heavy Weight White and then the next die down in Watermelon Wonder.

 A very thin layer of Tombow Mono Liquid glue to adhere all the circle together.

 You can see the skipping of the die between the green and the white gives the watermelon a larger rind.

 Scratch paper between the 3X3 card base.

I am using the cordinating Cucumber Crush marker to make some lines on the back ground.

I have the marker so I get a more wider line, not straight down on the card front.

 Using my Fiskars paper trimmer and placing the watermelon in the center.

I push down the blade in the center and then cut up and down this makes it easier and will not tear the card stock.

 Adding some foam to the back of the half watermelon and then adding three tiny drops of Tombow Mono Liquid glue to adhere the little black seeds.

Just a Drop not a lot.

All done, I did add a Thank You sentiment in the inside and stamped the back in Cucumber Crush ink.
