Here is my Pinterest inspiration for THIS tag.
So Day 1, a Snow Flake Tag with a bit of a vintage feel, I ended up making 9 of these Tags in under an hour.
This To and From stamp set is accualy from a Halloween stamp set from My Favorite Things called "Spider Web"
I used Stampin UP Baked Brown Sugar ink.
This stamps is from Hero Arts CL803.
I am corner rounding the bottom edges.
I made the tag just shy under 2 inches because if fits in the Stampin UP Scalloped Tag Topper punch.
Added a strip that was 3/4 inches wide from an Old Hobby Lobby Christmas pack that was sized 8 1/2 by 11 inches, the pack is called I Believe in Santa.
I decided to ink around the edges with the same Baked Brown Sugar ink.
I am using a Tim Holt ink blending tool.
My tag base is a heavy weight cream card stock.
I am using a Marthat Stewart snow flake punch along with Baked Brown Sugar card stock.
A foam square in the middle and add the second snow flake off center to make it a little fuller.
A small dab of Tombow Mono Liquid glue and the doubled snow flake on top.
Anouther small dab of glue in the center and a gem from my stash.
15 inches of this twine folded in half, took the loop and put threw the whole and then took the ends and pulled them threw basicly into a slip knot.
Finished, front and back. |
