Studio Calico Sunday Sketches March Entry #2

I decided to participate in the Scrap Book Sketch from the Studio Calico Sunday Sketches blog.

It was geared towards a 9X12 layout but I could not make it work so I turned it into a 12X12, this is a very versatile sketch that I will definitly try and use more often.

 I started off by using a 1 inch circle punch and some 3X4 cards from the Becky Higgins Kraft Core Kit.

 I cut down two of my photos to 3X4 and also cut down two 4X6 card to a 3X4.

I am using 12X12 Kraft Smith textured card stock in a cream for the base and a brown to mat my photos.

Roughly 1/8 all around the photos.

 I then realize the 1 inch circle punch was too large and went threw my punch drawer and pulled out a 1/2 inch circle punch.

 I started by adhereing them close to the top and bottom of the page.

Thankfully this is textured and after I put the title on I realized there was too much space between the tittle and the circles so I was able to pull them off and move them down closer to the photos and title.

All finished.

 I used some Cork American Crafts Thickers for my title.

I used some Studio Calico sequins and camera chip board for accent.

A wood starburst from my stash.

A wood family speech bubble and arrows from my stash.

Tombow Mono Liquid glue to adhere the wood pieces.

 The wood leaf was from a pack of wooden embelishments from Hobby Lobby.

I also used some Tombow Mono Liquid Glue to adhere the letters to the title to make sure they would stay.

Versa Fine Black Onyx ink and a Amy Tangerine Roller Date stamp for the date.
