CAS(E) this Sketch #122

I loved the sketch from CAS(E) this Sketch #122, and I saw one of the designers used a doilie and I new I wanted to use one as well because I only have like a bajillon.

Here are the supplies I took out.

Crushed Curry, Old Olive, and Calypso Coral ink and card stock from Stampin UP.

My Favorite Things Sweet Rose die and stamp set.

Kraft paper and doilies from Micheal's.
I used wax paper to help make die cutting easier.

I cut out way too many and was able to make four cards, you just never know how many flowers you will need.
I lined them up and stamped with their coordinating ink colors.

Nice thing about Stampin UP paper is its double sided and the ink doesn't bleed threw so if you mess up you can turn over and stamp again.
The sentiment came from the stamp set as well and I stamped it with Versa Fine Black Onyx ink on Stampin UP Very Vanilla paper and used a punch by them to give it a banner edge.
I fold the doilie over to cut off the excess.

I learned after the first one to cut off the excess before you put your flowers on, it makes it much easier.
To make this still fit into a standard envelope I took the card to my trimmer and lined up the edges of the flowers/leaves to the 4 1/4 mark and trimmed off the excess.
I added a Micheal's goldish pearl on the flowers.

I glued everything flat except the coral flower with is on a foam square.

Inside of card and front of envelope.

Back of card and back of envelope.
